Agreed! Great graphic. Though It think in the future the walkin closet is going to go out of fashion. It’s like the cul-du-sac of home architecture.

Good call. Yeah I don’t know how in a sq. footage game that can be sustainable.
I agree. I don’t get enough enjoyment from a larger house/property to justify the extra upkeep. For me, mowing the lawn or fixing the plumbing are the sorts of burdens I want to minimize as much as possible!
Good info-graphic! It makes sense that newer home buyers are looking to smaller places because of cost and smaller families, while older couples are looking to retire to smaller homes as well due to empty nests.
